Director of Sales (Neighbor Island)

The Director of Sales will be responsible for preparing and negotiating contracts, conducting site tours, traveling for sales calls, client visits, etc., designing and implementing sales action plans, creating and implementing promotions, maintaining and developing business contacts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Hotel Management, or any other related field, minimum of five years experience in sales in the hotel industry, including at least three years in group sales in a hotel of comparable quality, knowledge of hotel bookkeeping and reservations, and dynamic pricing strategies.

Sales Manager position is available as well.
