Food & Beverage Director (Neighbor Island)

Responsible for the efficiency of the food & beverage operation with the objective of ensuring the best possible profit while maintaining the highest degree of employee, guest, and community satisfaction, preparing annual operation and CIP budget for the department. Also responsible for the financial performance and marketing of the food & beverage outlets to increase sales and achieve set budget.

Bachelor’s degree related to the position, 6 years of related work experience, and qualities such as F & B knowledge in all areas, strong communications skills, flexibility, and be customer-oriented.
