Food Technician / Quality Control Manager (Hilo)

Will oversee the creation, production, quality and sustainability of seafood products. Responsibilities include planning, organizing production schedules, training, monitoring the productivity of employees, ensuring quality of the products, development of new products/recipes, equipment effectiveness, and safety. Bachelor’s degree in food science, manufacturing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a certified kitchen or restaurant, and experience in food manufacturing, production, storage, handling or quality control.
