Partners in Development Foundation (PIDF) is searching for its next President. PIDF is a non-profit organization providing a range of programs that are rooted in Native Hawaiian values and traditions. PIDF is based in Honolulu and offers programs on O’ahu, Kaua’i, Maui, and the Big Island. The programs generally target underserved communities to equip families and communities for success and inspire them to serve/help others in need. While PIDF is not well-known, its programs are, such as Tutu and Me.
PIDF seeks a compassionate, visionary leader who will serve as President under the supervision of the Board of Directors. Qualified candidates must embrace Native Hawaiian values and traditions; be committed to perpetuating PIDF’s values-driven culture; have a passion for serving others; and possess strong leadership, management, and communication skills. 10+ years of progressive management experience and an advanced degree are highly preferred, with proven success in developing and implementing community-based programs.
